1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between bjbaji and any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or otherwise uses any feature of the platform.

By completing the bjbaji registration process, by logging in to an existing bjbaji account, or by accessing any page of the platform — including the game lobby, sports section, cashier, or promotional pages — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the bjbaji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Where a player is found to have registered in breach of the age restriction or any other eligibility requirement, bjbaji reserves the right to void any bets placed, withhold any winnings, return any deposits net of processing fees, and permanently close the account.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features of the bjbaji platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your bjbaji account:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active bjbaji account at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different registration details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. bjbaji uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bjbaji reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to withhold any pending balances or winnings pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any other details requested. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. bjbaji is not liable for any consequences arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information, including failure to receive account notifications, withdrawal delays, or inability to complete identity verification.

3.3 Account Verification

bjbaji may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment method ownership. Acceptable verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions or account closure. Verified account status is required before processing withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bjbaji account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any other player's account. bjbaji will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

If you suspect that your bjbaji account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify bjbaji immediately by contacting [email protected]. bjbaji may temporarily suspend your account pending a security review upon receipt of such a notification.

bjbaji offers SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional account security measure. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from within their account settings. bjbaji applies automatic session timeouts after periods of inactivity as a further security measure. The Platform also implements brute-force login protection — accounts subject to repeated failed login attempts may be temporarily locked pending identity confirmation.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

bjbaji supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 5.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bjbaji is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly in the majority of cases, with funds appearing in your bjbaji account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed in your mobile wallet. bjbaji does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bjbaji bears no responsibility.

All deposit transactions are final once confirmed. bjbaji does not reverse completed deposits except in circumstances where a deposit has been credited in error due to a technical fault on the platform's side. If you believe a deposit has not been credited correctly, you must contact [email protected] within 24 hours of the transaction, providing your transaction reference number.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the verification requirements set out in Section 3.3. 5.4 Inactive Account Balances

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. bjbaji reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant account balances after the applicable inactivity period, at a rate not exceeding ৳100 per month, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bjbaji may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, reload offers, and other promotions to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer on the bjbaji promotions page, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game types are stated in the specific promotion terms. Players must complete the wagering requirement within the timeframe specified; unused bonus funds expire upon the deadline.

• All bets are final once confirmed on the platform. bjbaji does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted, except where a technical error is demonstrably responsible for an incorrect bet being placed.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the bjbaji platform without the prior written consent of bjbaji. Unauthorised use of bjbaji's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjbaji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your own error, including incorrect payment details, accidental bet placement, or failure to withdraw funds before account closure.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

bjbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Discovery that the registered player is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bjbaji will communicate with the player via the registered contact details. Where bjbaji determines that an account has been used in breach of these Terms, any balances or winnings associated with the breach may be forfeited. 14. Amendments to These Terms
